01 Do I need to be in Los Angeles to train with APEX?
No. All three programs are available fully online. Marcus delivers coaching via the APEX app, WhatsApp, and regular video calls. Clients train with APEX from across the US and internationally. In-person sessions are available for LA-based clients upon request.
02 How quickly will I see results?
Most clients see noticeable changes within 2–4 weeks when following the program consistently. Significant body composition changes typically occur at the 6–12 week mark. Results depend on adherence to training and nutrition, sleep quality, and starting point. Marcus will set realistic milestones during your onboarding call.
03 What equipment do I need?
For Shred & Burn, a set of resistance bands and dumbbells is sufficient for home training — or a standard gym membership. Power & Strength requires a barbell, squat rack, and bench, so a commercial gym is recommended. Elite Performance is fully customised and Marcus will assess your available equipment during onboarding.
04 Are there any contracts or lock-in periods?
No lock-in contracts. All programs are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle. APEX earns your loyalty through results, not fine print. A 3-month commitment is recommended to see meaningful transformation, but it is never mandatory.
05 Is nutrition coaching included?
Yes — all programs include nutrition guidance tailored to your goals. Shred & Burn provides macro targets and calorie coaching. Power & Strength includes protein-optimised meal structures. Elite Performance includes full meal planning, supplement protocols, and ongoing dietary adjustments based on progress data.
06 What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Marcus has worked with clients post-surgery, with chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and athletic injuries. All programs begin with a full intake assessment. Please disclose any medical history during enrolment and Marcus will adapt your program accordingly. APEX always recommends medical clearance before beginning any new exercise program.
